Roy Zisapel co-founder of our Company, has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer and a director since our inception in May 1996. Mr. Zisapel also serves as a director of Radware US and other subsidiaries. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Zisapel was a team leader of research and development projects for RND Networks Ltd. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Zisapel was employed as a software engineer for unaffiliated companies in Israel. Mr. Zisapel serves as a director of Rad data communications, a private company in the RAD-Bynet Group. Mr. Zisapel has a B.Sc. degree in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

As COO, Mr. Kinreich is charged with setting the direction for Radware's products overseeing all R&D, QA and product management activities across the company. He is responsible for developing innovative, quality products that meet market requirements while making sure new capabilities and products are timely released to increase competitive positioning.

Mr. Kinreich has a vast knowledge for creating innovative products to match market requirements, developing R&D processes and executing R&D automation and methodologies, an experience which was accumulated in over 25 years in the high-tech industry. Prior to Radware he was the founder and CEO of Radview Software that developed performance testing and management solutions. Mr. Kinreich took the company from inception to a Nasdaq IPO accumulating hundreds of enterprise customers from the financial services, high-technology, telecommunications and retail sectors. Before Radview, he was a co-founder and VP R&D for Mercury Interactive, a company that defined the Software Qualty Assurance market and eventually was acquired by HP for $4.5B. Prior to that he was R&D manager at Daisy Systems a manufacturer of CAD solutions for electrical engineers.

Mr. Kinreich holds a BsC degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

David Aviv has served as our Chief Technology Officer since 2016 and as our Vice President, Advanced Services, since 2004. Mr. Aviv oversees the technology strategy for the Company’s solutions for enterprise, carrier and cloud solutions and is involved in researching and developing key algorithms and concepts that will guide the direction of the Company’s future solutions. Prior to joining Radware, he was the VP of Engineering at Ofek, an Israel based ILEC and a senior consultant. Prior to that, until 2000, Mr. Aviv served in the Israeli Air Force as a senior technical leader. He also serves as the Technical Chairman of the Israeli Telecom Standards Body committee. Mr. Aviv holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Sharon Trachtman has served as our Acting Chief Marketing Officer since February 2021. In parallel she continues to serve as our Chief Business Operation Officer. Ms. Trachtman has been with our company since its inception in 1997. Since September 1997 she held various senior positions in Radware, such as Product Management Vice President and Marketing Vice President. From November 1994 to September 1997, Ms. Trachtman was a product line marketing manager for Scitex Corporation. Ms. Trachtman holds a B.A. degree in computer science and philosophy from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Yoav Gazelle has served as our Chief Business Officer since January 2022 and as our Vice President, International Sales since January 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Gazelle served as our Vice President, EMEA & CALA from June 2013 to January 2019. Prior to joining Radware, between 2000 and 2013, Mr. Gazelle held a variety of sales, marketing and business development positions in ECI Telecom Ltd., including President, Head of Europe and the Americas from January 2012 to March 2013. Mr. Gazelle holds a B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the Technion – The Israeli Institute of Technology, Israel.

Mr. Ying is responsible for directing and growing Radware's business in the Asia Pacific region. He plays an active role in driving the sales and service strategy for the region's customers, systems integrators, distributors, and alliance partners. During his tenure, the region has experienced exponential growth and has secured some of the company's largest deals in the carrier and financial services sectors.

Mr. Ying has a proven track record of growing business in the Asia Pacific region, bringing more than a decade of sales, business development, marketing and engineering experience with established companies to the position. Prior to joining Radware, Mr. Ying held a series of senior positions with Nortel Networks' APAC division, serving as Marketing Director for the company's Intelligent Internet Business Unit, as well as Managing Director of Greater China for Alteon WebSystems, acquired by Nortel in 2000. Before these roles, Mr. Ying served as the Enterprise Director for Nortel in Hong Kong.

Mr. Ying is a graduate of Macquarie University of Australia, where he received a master's degree in IT management.

Naama Zeldis has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2020. Ms. Zeldis currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aquarius-Spectrum Ltd., a private company specializing in innovative solutions for monitoring urban water pipes and detecting hidden leaks from the earliest stage. Formerly, Ms. Zeldis served as Chief Financial Officer for a variety of high-tech and industrial companies, such as Tahal Group from 2013 to 2020, Netafim Ltd. from 2005 to 2013, the Israeli subsidiary of Electronic Data Systems from 2001 to 2005 and Radguard Ltd., formerly with the RADBynet Group, from 1999 to 2001. Ms. Zeldis currently serves on the board of directors of Orbit Technologies Ltd. (TASE: ORBI), a company specializing in satellite communications, tracking systems, airborne communication and audio managements solutions. Ms. Zeldis has also served as a member of the boards of directors of several other companies, including Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (Nasdaq: NVMI), Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. and Metalink Ltd. She holds a B.A. degree in accounting from the Tel Aviv University and a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Stanley B. Stern has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2020. Mr. Stern is currently the chairman of the board of directors of AudioCodes Ltd. (Nasdaq, TASE: AUDC), a leading vendor of advanced communications software, products and productivity solutions for the digital workplace, and serves as a member of the boards of directors of the following public companies: Ormat Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ORA), Ekso Bionics Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: EKSO). Since 2013, Mr. Stern has served as the president of Alnitak Capital, a strategic advisory firm, engaged primarily in high-tech, alternative energy and healthcare. Previously, from 2004 until 2013, Mr. Stern served in various positions at Oppenheimer & Co., including as a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking, Technology, Israeli Banking and FIG. From 2002 until 2004, he was a Managing Director and the Head of Investment Banking at C.E. Unterberg, Towbin where he focused on the technology and defense related sectors. From January 2000 until January 2002, Mr. Stern was the President of STI Ventures Advisory USA Inc., a venture capital firm focusing on technology investments. Prior to his term at STI Ventures, he spent over 20 years at CIBC Oppenheimer in the investment banking department and started the technology banking group in 1990. In the past, Mr. Stern was a board member of several public and private companies, including Given Imaging Ltd. and Fundtech Ltd., and the chairman of the boards of directors of Tucows, Inc. and of SodaStream International Ltd., until its sale to Pepsico in December 2018. Mr. Stern holds a B.A. degree in economics and accounting from City University of New York, Queens College, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University

Yuval Cohen has served as a member of or Board since December 2021. Mr. Cohen is the founding and managing partner of Fortissimo Capital Fund, a private equity fund headquartered in Israel, that was established in 2004. From 1997 through 2002, Mr. Cohen was a General Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners, an Israeli-based venture capital fund, and prior thereto, he held executive positions at various Silicon Valley companies, including DSP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DSPG), and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC). Currently, Mr. Cohen serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Kornit Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: KRNT) and as a director of Wix.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: WIX). He also serves on the board of directors of several privately-held portfolio companies of Fortissimo. Mr. Cohen holds a B.Sc. degree in industrial engineering from the Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Meir Moshe has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2022. Mr. Moshe held numerous senior positions in the financial sector over the past four decades. He served as Radware’s chief financial officer from 1999 to 2016 and as a director and member of the audit committee in multiple public companies, including Ability Inc. (TASE: ABIL), Carasso Motors Ltd. (TASE: CRSO) and Albert Technologies Ltd., and currently he provides consulting services to public companies. Mr. Moshe holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University, Israel, and is a certified public accountant.

Gabi Seligsohn has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2020. Mr. Seligsohn served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kornit Digital Ltd. (Nasdaq: KRNT) (Kornit Digital) from April 2014 through July 2018. From August 2006 until August 2013, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (Nasdaq: NVMI). Prior thereto, from 1998 to 2006, he served in several leadership positions in Nova. Mr. Seligsohn was recently appointed as Chairman of the board of directors of Augwind Energy Tech Storage Ltd. (TASE: AUGN), and also serves on the boards of directors Kornit Digital and Ion Acquisition Corporation 1 & 2 (SPACs) (NYSE: IACA-UN and NYSE: IACB-UN), as well as serves as a director on the board of directors of PubPlus, a privately owned company. Mr. Seligsohn holds an LL.B. degree from the University of Reading, England.

Gadi Meroz has served as our General Counsel since April 2010 to 2020 and again from July 2021. Mr. Meroz heads Radware’s global legal team and is responsible for the legal compliance and Radware’s corporate and business matters. Prior to joining Radware, from July 2001 to November 2008 Mr. Meroz was an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of IXI Mobile, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Meroz was an attorney at Volovelsky, Dinstein, Sneh & Co., where Mr. Meroz focused on business and venture funding, representing public and private companies as well as venture investors. Mr. Meroz holds an LLB from the University of Leicester, UK School of Law, and holds an LL.M degree magna cum laude from Tel-Aviv University in collaboration with UC Berkeley School of Law. In addition, Mr. Meroz holds an MBA degree from the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Meroz is admitted to the Israeli Bar and is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.

Guy Avidan has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2022. Prior to joining Radware, he was with Kornit Digital, where he served as President at KornitX from November 2020 to November 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer from November 2014 to November 2020, in which role he led Kornit to its initial public offering on Nasdaq. Prior to joining Kornit Digital, Mr. Avidan was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at AudioCodes. In addition, Mr. Avidan has 15 years of experience serving in various other executive capacities, including co-President and Chief Financial Officer at MRV Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRVC) as well as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Ace North Hills, which was acquired by MRV Communications. Mr. Avidan is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A. degree in economics and accounting from Haifa University in Israel.

Yehuda Zisapel co-founder of our Company, has served as a member of our Board of Directors since our inception in May 1996 and served as Chairman of our Board of Directors from May 1996 until August 2006 and again since November 2009. In addition, Mr. Zisapel serves as a director of Radware US and other subsidiaries Mr. Zisapel is also a founder and a director of RAD Data Communications Ltd., a worldwide data communications company headquartered in Israel, and BYNET Data Communications Ltd., a distributor of data communications products in Israel and serves as a director of other private companies in the RAD-Bynet Group. See Item 4.C “Organizational Structure.” Mr. Zisapel has a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering as well as an Award of Honorary Doctorate (DHC-Doctor Honoris Causa) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Avraham Asheri currently serves on the board of directors and several committees of the following companies: Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., Elbit Systems Ltd., Africa Israel Investments Ltd., Koor Industries Ltd., Discount Mortgage Bank Ltd., Micronet Ltd., Meditor Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Israel Discount Bank (the "Bank") from 1991-1998. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of the Bank and member of its Management Committee from 1983 until 1991. Mr. Asheri also served at the Israel Ministry of Industry and Trade and at the Israel Ministry of Finance in the positions of Director General of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Managing Director of Israel Investment Center, and Trade Commissioner of Israel to the United States.

Mr. Asheri currently acts as Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee for the Board of Governors at Hebrew University. He is a member of the Executive Committee at the Jerusalem Institute for Israel Studies, as well as for the Executive Committee of Hadassah Academic College and Chairman of its Finance Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee for the Jerusalem Foundation.

Finally, he provides consulting services to Abnet Communications Ltd. and Rad Bynet Real Estate Ltd and holds a B.Sc. degree in economics and political science from Hebrew University.

Professor Yair Tauman has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2010 (until February 2020, as an external director). He is the Dean of the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship in the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel and was previously the Dean of the Arison School of Business in the IDC. He is also a Leading Professor of Economics and the Director of the Stony Brook Center for Game Theory, New York. He was a professor at Tel-Aviv University for 25 years until 2009 and, prior thereto, served as a professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Professor Tauman currently serves on the board of directors of other private companies from different sectors, including online auctions, social networking and fintech. Professor Tauman obtained his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in mathematics as well as a B.Sc. in mathematics and statistics from The Hebrew University, Israel.

Yael Langer has been the General Counsel and Secretary of RAD Data Communications Ltd. as well as several other companies in the RAD-BYNET group since July 1998.

Since December 2000 she has served as a Director of Ceragon Networks Ltd., a company traded on the NASDAQ and the Tel-Aviv stock exchange. Additionally, from December 1995 until July 1998, Langer served as Assistant General Counsel to companies in the RAD-BYNET group.

Previously, she was a member of the legal department of Poalim Capital Markets and Investments Ltd, the underwriting and investment banking subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim from September 1993 until July 1995. Prior to that, Langer was an attorney at Shimron, Molcho, and Persky in Jerusalem.

She holds an L.L.B. from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

David Rubner, 69, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rubner Technology Ventures Ltd., and a Partner in Hyperion Israel Advisors Ltd., a venture capital firm. During the years 1991-2000 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ECI Telecom Ltd. Prior to that, Mr. Rubner held several senior positions within ECI, such as Chief Engineer, Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Telecommunications division. Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Rubner was a senior engineer in the Westinghouse Research Laboratories in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rubner serves on the boards of Check Point Software Ltd., Elbit Imaging, Ltd. and other public and private companies. He also serves on the boards of trustees of Bar-Ilan University, Shaare Zedek Hospital and is Chairman of the Petah Tikva Foundation. Mr. Rubner holds a B.Sc. degree in engineering from Queen Mary College, University of London and an M.S. degree from Camegie Mellon University.

Gabi Malka has served as our Chief Operating Officer since March 2014. Mr. Malka oversees product management, research & development, cloud services, and customer support. From May 2005 to February 2014, Mr. Malka served as Vice President of Research & Development at HP Software (formerly Mercury). Prior to HP Software, from 2000 to 2005, Mr. Malka served as Vice President of Research & Development of AppStream (acquired by Symantec). Prior to AppStream, from 1998 to 2000, Mr. Malka directed Research & Development at Amdocs Limited. Mr. Malka holds a B.A. from American InterContinental University and has furthered his post-graduate education at Tel Aviv University (Lahav Business School), and Harvard Business School.

Riki Goldriech has served as our Chief People Officer since 2016. Ms. Goldriech develops and executes human resources strategy for Radware’s global organization in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, retention strategy, performance management, training & organizational development, compensation and employee engagement. Ms. Goldriech brings more than 13 years of human resources experience to her role. Prior to Radware, Ms. Goldriech managed the human resources function at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) Software in Israel. Ms. Goldriech has also held multiple human resources posts at HPE Israel. Ms. Goldriech holds both a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Logistics-Economics and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.

Joel Maryles has held numerous senior positions in the financial sector over the past three decades. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Maryles was a portfolio manager of T-Cubed Investments LP, an equity hedge fund that he founded.

From 1996 to 2006, he was a Managing Director at Citigroup Investment Banking where, in addition to his role as a senior technology banker, he founded and managed the Israeli investment banking operations for Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney.

From 1986 to 1996, Mr. Maryles held various senior positions at Furman Selz, a U.S.-based investment bank, including Managing Director focused on Israeli technology and healthcare transactions. Prior to Furman Selz, Mr. Maryles was an Investment Officer at First Chicago Investment Advisors.

Mr. Maryles holds a B.Sc. degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Amir Peles has served as our Executive VP of Technology & Engineering since 2018. Mr. Peles leads Radware’s global technology sales organization of Pre-sales, Post-sales and Professional Services for all customers and business partners globally. Mr. Peles has been with the company since inception and has more than 25 years of experience in network and application security, application delivery, data encryption and network infrastructure and his expertise extends to engineering and securing across a variety of environments. Previously Mr. Peles served as VP R&D and CTO. Mr. Peles has B.Sc. degrees in Computer Science, Statistics and Operations Research from the Tel Aviv University.
